«Universalna» has completed the allocation of bonds ahead of schedule
2007-01-11OJSC «Insurance Company «Universalna» has completely placed its bonds to the total amount of UAH 30 mln. CJSC «Alfa-Bank» is the underwriter. The allocation started on November 15, 2006, its completion has been planned on October 16, 2007. The actual complete allocation of bonds was completed in December 2007.
Such fast allocation of bonds testifies to the high level of investors’ interest in company activity, its level credit quality and dynamic development. Insurance company «Universalna» is one of the first Ukrainian insurers raising funds in such way for its development.
