Oleksiy Muzychko has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of OJSC «Universalna»

The executive board of OJSC «Universalna» has been renamed from «Board of Directors» to the «Management Board» by entering amendments to the Charter of the company.

The decision was made during the Shareholder’s General Meeting on June 25, 2008.

Since June 26, 2008 Oleksiy Muzychko has been appointed to the post of the Chairman of the Board of OJSC «Universalna».

In addition, Oleksandr Pavlenko, the former General Director of OJSC «Universalna», has been transferred to a position of Vice-President of «Universalna Investment Group».

Oleksiy Muzychko was born on December 5, 1973 in Chervonograd (Lviv region). In 1996 he graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (major in Law).

Prior to joining IC Universalna Mr. Muzychko has been holding position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of OJSC «Credo-Classic».
