With a view to providing complex service to customers at UNIVERSALNA the Insurance Company has launched an Assistance Center (medical and technical support help desk) and average surveyors network.
Assistance center is called to quickly and efficiently provide help to the Company customers in case of an insured accident regardless of its time and place of occurrence in Ukraine. For this, Universalna Insurance company signs cooperation agreements with the best medical institutions, technical service stations, tow away teams etc. The company also cooperates with assisting companies «Orthodent Assistance» and «L.I.C.Assistance». Providing medical assistance abroad is coordinated by the international assisting company «Assistance CORIS International».

Average surveyors network established by the Company is called to simplify the procedure of insurance payments receipt in case of an insured accident. Average surveyors ensure efficient estimation of the customer's losses and assist in correct documents settlement.
Using technical assistance services the customer is not left alone to face his/her problem. Calling 24-hours-a-day Assistance center (8 800 500 38 10) you can inform of the insured case and receive a consultation, and call necessary services etc.
Upon signing an insurance agreement with Universalna insurance Company the customer is entitled to the following services:
- registration of the insured case occurrence, fixing of the event conditions
- call for free medical assistance and organization of the driver’s/passengers’ transportation to the nearest hospital in case of an accident
- average surveyor’s arrival at a place of the car accident
- organization of technical inspection of a motor vehicle
- control over the repairs process carried out at a technical service station
- organization of repatriation for the services receiver and passengers to a place of their residence or their destination
- organization of transportation of the services receiver (the insured) or his authorized person to his repaired or found motor vehicle
