What to do in case of an insured accident:
Call 0 800 500 381 immediately to inform "Universalna" contact center of the insured accident and follow their instructions;
Inform competent bodies (respective departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Emergency Control Ministry, fire prevention, hydrometeorology center, housing services etc.) about events having the insured accident features;
Afford the insurer representatives an opportunity of examining the accident site for investigation and appraisal of damage.
We kindly ask you to turn to the "Insurance Company "Universalna" average surveyor and provide all the documents* necessary for the insurance claims handling:
An insurance indemnity claim
A letter of explanation describing in detail the circumstances of the insured accident
A non-cash payment claim
Copies of Personal documents* (IDs) attested by wet stamp:
Certificate of property ownership or enjoyment (registration certificate, purchase contract, Technical Inventory Bureau certificate etc.);
Insurance agreement;
