What to do in case of a car accident:

1. Do not leave the accident site in any case;
2. Call 0 800 500 381 immediately to inform «Universalna» of any insured accident and follow their instructions;
3. Calling DAI (road police) inspector to the accident site is a must;
4. In case of theft or third party illegal actions call militia urgently;
5. Do not start repairing your vehicle before «Universalna» or an independent expert examines it.

We kindly ask you to turn to the «Insurance Company «Universalna» average commissioner and provide them with all the papers* necessary for the insurance claims handling:

An insurance indemnity claim

A letter of explanation describing in detail the circumstances of the insured accident

A non-cash payment claim

Corporate bodies should provide copies of the following documents* attested by wet stamp:

• Vehicle registration certificate;
• Driver’s license;
• Waybill;
• Temporary registration card (in case of leasing or vesting the vehicle);
• Insurance agreement;
• Ownership, disposition or enjoyment certificate.
