2009

• According to the Gvardia kerivnykiv rating, Oleksiy Muzychko, the Chairman of the Management Board has secured the seventh position among the top ten executives of the insurance sector.
• According to the Motor Insurance Companies reliability rating (Ekonomichna Pravda publishing) PJSC «Insurance Company «Universalna» is reckoned among the most reliable motor insurance companies.
• The Expert magazine’s Annual independent rating of insurance companies’ stability calls «Universalna» the most stable company in Ukraine.
• According to Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine data, «Universalna» is reckoned among the top ten companies by OMTPL insurance claims paid.

2008

• «Universalna» has a leading part in the Green Card and Tourist Medical Insurance markets (Insurance TOP № 4(24)2008 and Strakhova Sprava № 1(33)2009 respectively).
• Second year in a row «Universalna» won an international competition «MasterCard Bank of the year», taking the third place among insurance companies.
• «Universalna» is placed in A-group of the Annual Independent Rating of insurance companies» stability by the Expert magazine and awarded by the all-Ukrainian rating «Top 100. The best companies of the finance sector».
• According to the Gvardia kerivnykiv rating, Oleksiy Muzychko, the Chairman of the Management Board is named the fifth best executive of the insurance sector.
• GVardia magazine reckons «Universalna» among the Top 20 socially responsible businesses of Ukraine.

2007

• «Universalna» won in the international competition «Mastercard Bank of the year» in the insurance sector nomination.
• Three successful private stock placements resulting in 40% free float of the company’s share capital to the institutional investors.
• «Universalna» became the laureate of the annual all-Ukrainian action «Leader of commodities and services of Ukraine» conducted under patronage of President of Ukraine, and was awarded «For the weighty contribution to the economy growing of the state».
• Our company took the second place in the Ukrainian tourism magazine’s rating concerning the number of package insurance deals with customers travelling abroad and within Ukraine.
• Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu international auditor checked Universalna’s balance as of Dec. 31, 2006 according to the International financial reporting standards (IFRS). The audit proved the company’s total balance of UAH 197.163 million.

2006

• The first among the Ukrainian insurers, «Universalna» steps up with private offering to Western investment funds and becomes the only Ukrainian insurance company with several Western portfolio investors among shareholders.
• «Universalna» becomes the first insurance company to be listed at the PFTS (Ukrainian stock exchange).
• At the 2006YE, «Universalna» took the first place on the claims paid sum among TOP-10 companies-nominees of the «Green card» class (Strakhova sprava #1 (25), 2007).
• At the 2006YE, on the outpayments sum we took the second place among TOP-20 companies-nominees at the «Obligatory insurance» class (National Club of insurance Payout).
